Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access and use of the online service Wedinpart, provided by Wedinpart LLC. The service allows couples to create an interactive digital wedding invitation with guest management, seating plan, automated reminders, and photo and wishes galleries.

By using Wedinpart, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

To use Wedinpart, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activities under your account.

You can create and preview your invitation for free. Publishing and full access to all features are unlocked after payment. Access is limited to your invitation and associated features for the period defined (from purchase until 3 months after the wedding date).

• One-time price: €119.99, regardless of the number of guests.
• Secure payment via Stripe, in a single transaction.
• By law, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of purchase. After this period, no refund is possible.

You remain the owner of the content you post (texts, photos, messages). By publishing on Wedinpart, you grant Wedinpart LLC a non-exclusive license to host and display this content as part of the service.

You agree to use Wedinpart in compliance with the law and these Terms, and not to post unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.

Wedinpart LLC owns all rights related to the software, design, trademarks, and site content. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

Wedinpart LLC strives to ensure the availability and security of the service but cannot guarantee it will be completely bug-free or uninterrupted. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Wedinpart LLC may update the Terms. You will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by U.S. law (State of New Mexico). Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in New Mexico.
