Couples (users) data:

• First name, last name, email, phone number, password
• Wedding details: date, location, addresses, photos, messages, and wishes

Guest data:

• First name, last name, email, phone number
• RSVP, messages, photos, wishes

Technical data:

• IP address, logs, site usage
• Cookies and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, PostHog)

Payment data:

• Handled securely by Stripe. Wedinpart does not have access to sensitive card information.

We use your data to:

• Provide and manage the Wedinpart service (digital invitations, guest management, seating plan, reminders, galleries)
• Ensure service security and prevent fraud
• Communicate with you (support, notifications, reminders, onboarding emails and offers related to our service)
• Improve our service and perform anonymized statistics
• Comply with legal obligations

• Consent: for optional communications
• Legitimate interest: security, fraud prevention, usage analysis, and sending onboarding emails related to our own service (with the ability to unsubscribe at any time)

• Meta (Facebook): advertising measurement (pixel)

All subprocessors are contractually bound to confidentiality and security obligations.

Some services (Stripe, Meta, Google) may involve data transfers outside the EU. These transfers are protected by international standard safeguards (standard contractual clauses).

• Active user account: during service usage + 3 months after wedding date
• Payment data: retained according to legal obligations
• Photos and wishes: retained while account is active unless deletion is requested

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data:

• TLS encryption for data transfer

• Regular backups
• Internal access control
